Like Zimbabwe it has a high number of HIV/AIDS effected people. Infant mortality is high and life expectancy is low. Zimbabwe has a population of around 16 million people and over 16 languages. Robert Mugabe and his Zanu party rules Zimbabwe for 37 years. Under Mugabe’s authoritarian regime, the state security apparatus dominated the country and was responsible for widespread human rights violations. Zimbabwe used to be called Rhodesia when run by the English. Zambia with a population of just over 16 million people. Is mainly English spoken. Zambia has some great national parks and a stable economy. Mozambique a very scenic country and a Portuguese heritage Mozambique is rich in natural resources, is biologically and culturally diverse, and has a tropical climate. Its extensive coastline with white sandy beaches is amazing.
